Hello to all. I started this blog so clients could get answers about hiring and using my system, the Plus-32 employment testing system. I would like to start by saying there are no dumb questions so fire away. You don't have to be a client to post a question all questions are invited from all.

It's tough finding and hiring the right people to do a good job. In the 28 years that I have been doing this I have found that many HR people and business owners have no idea how to hire right. Turnover cost both you and the employee time and money and hiring the wrong person hurts you both.

There is a simple way to know who to interview, what questions to ask and whom to hire. It's all in our personality profile report and takes just minutes to read and understand who is applying for the position.

Top Ten mistakes people make when hiring:

1- They interview everyone who applies.

2- They start the interview with "so tell me about yourself".

3- They ask the same tired questions that the applicant has studied for.

4- They hire the applicant they feel most comfortable with.

5- They don't have any idea what the applicant's personality is or what traits the applicant has that can be good or bad for the position.

6- They rely on the resume to tell them about the applicants fitness for the position.

7- They have no idea if the person who will manage this employee can manage them.

8- They have no idea if the applicant has personal problems that they will bring to work and then their problems are yours too.

9- If it's a sales position they have no idea at what level sales ability the applicant has or where they will need training.

10- They have no idea if the applicant will "fit" the company management style or if the applicant will cause morale problems.

With my testing system you won't make those mistakes and your turnover will drop dramatically.  You can open a free evaluation account to test the system out before you buy. So please ask any questions you may have:
